  • Managing the Quality domain on voice business for business excellence.
  • Auditing call of the agents and providing value added feedback
  • Maintaining track of daily monitoring targets and adherence
  • Trend Analysis: Comparison of week by week, month by month team scores, drawing an action plan by recognizing area of improvement.
  • Maintaining the call analysis report and sharing the same with Quality Head.
  • Capturing Voice of customer from call recordings
  • Providing process improvement recommendations for product and process

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Education: Graduate / Post Graduation
  • Very Good communication skills.
  • Highly Energetic
  • Strong Process Orientation
  • Language skills requirement: Hindi,English, Telugu & kannada
