Roles and Responsibilities


Recharge Distribution

  • Ensuring availability / expansion of recharge / EPRS distribution & maximization of transacting outlets.
  • Proper billing and stocking at retail points
  • Ensuring maximising transacting dealer count.
  • Ensuring Extensive market reach of EPRS

Customer Acquisition

  • Ensuring sales target achievement both, for Acquisition & Subscription revenue.
  • Ensuring proper spread of material in market both depth & width.
  • Proper & planned market coverage & merchandising.

Dealers and Distributor Expansion

  • Channel expansion
  • Conducting training at Dealers and Distributors end.
  • FOS Management (beat Plan / journey cycle)
  • Proper display of POP material and ensuring visibility at outlets.

Competition Tracking : Keeping track of competitive activities to counterpart them strategically

  • Coordination for timely collections and better services.
  • Timely clearance of Credit notes of Dealers & Distributors.
  • Active Base : Acquiring the right quality customers, paying monthly recharge
