- Proper billing and stocking at retail points
- Ensuring maximising transacting dealer count.
- Ensuring Extensive market reach of EPRS
- Ensuring sales target achievement both, for Acquisition & Subscription revenue.
- Ensuring proper spread of material in market both depth & width.
- Proper & planned market coverage & merchandising.
Dealers and Distributor Expansion
- Channel expansion
- Conducting training at Dealers and Distributors end.
- FOS Management (beat Plan / journey cycle)
- Proper display of POP material and ensuring visibility at outlets.
Competition Tracking : Keeping track of competitive activities to counterpart them strategically
- Coordination for timely collections and better services.
- Timely clearance of Credit notes of Dealers & Distributors.
- Active Base : Acquiring the right quality customers, paying monthly recharge
