- Ensuring sales target achievement.
- Ensuring proper spread of material in market both depth & width.
- Proper & planned market coverage & merchandising.
- Channel expansion.
- Conducting training at Dealers and Distributors end.
- FOS Management (beat Plan / journey cycle)
- Proper display of POP material and ensuring visibility at outlets.
- Ensuring 100% SAF compliance.
- Keeping track of competitive activities to counterpart them strategically
- Coordination for timely collections and better services.
- Timely clearance of Credit notes of Dealers & Distributors
